1. No Refund Policy

At Swaahaan.com, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

All purchases made on our website are non-refundable.


2. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the order.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product.
  3. Once the return request is approved, you must send the product back to us within 3 days of approval.

The product must be returned:

  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Without signs of use or damage

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our return address.

Return shipping costs will generally be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong or defective product).


5. Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

If the product is out of stock, we may offer:

  • A replacement with a similar product, or
  • Store credit for use on Swaahaan.com.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • The product is returned without original tags or packaging
